X4 Labs Extender Review

Of all the penis stretchers I’ve used, the X4 Labs extender is no doubt the most comfortable to wear. More comfort means you can wear it for longer periods of time, which ultimately means faster gains in penis length.

Comments – Deluxe Edition is the most popular and is the one I personally used. It will help you to gain up to 12” flaccid in length using extension bars, which are not included in the Starter Edition. Also, the Deluxe Edition offers you a choice of using either the silicone noose (with memory foam) or the comfort strap (again, with memory foam). The silicone noose is less comfortable but is easier to attach, while the comfort strap offers more comfort but takes a moment longer to attach. I prefer the comfort strap as it is more comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Gold Edition:
-Gains up to: 13.5” flaccid
-Extender Description: hybrid extender (as in Deluxe Edition) with 24k gold finish and 1800 grams tension springs; all the spare parts in Deluxe Edition plus these extra spare parts – 2 silicone nooses with memory pads, 2 comfort straps with memory pads

Comments: If you have sensitive skin, then the Gold Edition with its 24k gold finish will be ideal for you. I personally find that the Deluxe Edition serves my needs well, and that 12” flaccid is already too long when it comes to convenience during sex, without needing to gain up to 13.5” flaccid. However, if you prefer the 24k gold finish, longer flaccid length, and the extra bonuses, then by all means go for the Gold Edition.

Gold Premium:
-Gains up to: 15.5” flaccid
-Extender Description: 3-in-1 hybrid extender (can be used with any of 3 setups: silicone noose, comfort strap, or “custom loop fastening” which provides more support and comfort than the previous two) with 24k gold finish and 2100 grams tension springs; all the spare parts in Gold Edition plus these extra spare parts – 4 loop-fastening bands, 2 silicone nooses with memory pads, 2 comfort straps with memory pads

Comments: I haven’t tried the Gold Premium Edition but this is the only edition that comes with the “custom loop fastening” system, which is supposed to provide the most support and comfort as compared to the other setups (i.e. silicone noose / comfort strap). Also, this edition has the highest-tension of 2100 grams, which will exert enough traction to gain up to 15.5” flaccid length. If you need to achieve this level of gains, desire the highest level of comfort, and has the budget, then do consider the Gold Premium Edition. On the other hand, if 12” flaccid is enough for you, and you don’t have very sensitive skin, then the Deluxe Edition should serve your needs for much cheaper.

In addition to the 4 editions described above, there’s also the Peyronie’s Edition which aims to correct penis curvature. Also included in this package are Vitamin-E Boost pills to aid in curvature correction. If you wish to straighten out your curved penis, this option will be effective for you. Also, there are 3 options you can choose from to add onto any of the above editions. If you are on the small side (as small as 2.2” flaccid), you can choose to include a mini support piece with your purchase. If you have large girth, consider getting the girth base along with your extender. If you want better support, which translates into better gains and more comfort, consider getting the quad support piece, which allows you to use 2 comfort straps or silicone nooses to hold down your penis. The quad support will also eliminate the possibility of slippage, which sometimes occurs with the regular support piece.
