The Size Genetics penis extender, although not as comfortable to wear as the X4 Labs extender, is still quite comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.  Again, the reason why comfort is such a big issue is because the more comfortable the extender is, the longer you can keep it on and the faster your gains will be.  This comfort can be attributed to its padded rubber comfort strap design, which is tons better than the traditional silicone noose design so typical of penis stretchers.
